Mark Cuban's in trouble with the SEC
Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has been accused of insider trading. The NBA franchaise owner and ever controversial Mark Cuban is being accused of using inside information to dump all his stock in meta search engine Mamma.com.
He reportedly dumped his stock hours before the company announced a round of fund raising that caused the value of stock in the company to drop dramatically, according to the SEC.
This all happened over 4 years ago. Wonder what brought it up now?
